Football Excellence Program (Year 7 – 8)
The Year 7 – 8 Football Excellence Program is a specialist program designed to develop talented young football players in a highly professional environment that supports both athletic and academic success.
The program is coached by a selection of AFC standard professional coaches and is open to students with a strong passion and potential in football. The program offers expert technical and tactical development with a focus on creating a professional footballing environment for excelling students.
Team training at this age group is integrated before school, allowing students to pursue their sporting goals without compromising their education. Multiple team opportunities exist, with competitive trials held at the beginning of each school year. Entry into the program is based on skill level, commitment, and a passion for ongoing development in the sport.
For goalkeepers, access to the Goalkeeper School is made available during these sessions with coaching staff onsite to assist in their preparation.
The Year 7 – 8 Football Excellence program is open to both male and female students.
